IMPORTANT INFORMATION: 1) Electronic items being returned for WARRANTY CONSIDERATION will be returned by us to the manufacturer. Credit will be issued upon warranty approval by the manufacturer. We suggest contacting our technical support department prior to returning for warranty consideration. 2) All items shipped for WARRANTY CONSIDERATION or ORDERED IN ERROR must be shipped freight PREPAID. Collect shipments will be refused or charged back. For other return reasons we will provide shipping information to you on the RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM. 3) Items being returned for credit that are ORDERED IN ERROR must be returned to us in “AS NEW” condition with no damage or marking on the packaging and within 30 days of purchase date. Items returned that are not “AS NEW” will be assessed a re-stocking fee so that they can be re-packaged and made saleable. Electronic items that have been installed are non-returnable. 4) Special order items are non-returnable.
